Rolio 46 Shield

Description

The shield board needed to build a Rolio46 keyboard. To this you add your controller, battery, encoder, display & switches.

This board comes with all of the surface mount parts pre-soldered. This means you'll only need to solder a handful of components:

• Controller hot swap sockets
• Controllers (nice!nano or ProMicro NRF52840)
• EVQWGD001 Roller encoders
• Display sockets for either the Vista272/nice!view or Vista508
• Batteries

• Shield PCB's for left & right halves of a Rolio46

Notes

There are two main variants of this PCB, with or without the backlight LEDs pre-soldered:

• The pre-soldered backlight uses white LEDs
• If you wish to use another colour then you can purchase some 0805 LEDs in your choice of colour & solder them in place. There is a small set of test pads which will illuminate the LED's when supplied with 3-4 volts.
